These terms apply to rubysjars.thecreatorfunnel.com (the "site"), which is operated by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC, 2035 W Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of the site and every sign-up and purchase you make on it. By using the site, signing up or buying, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Please read the "Disputes and arbitration" section carefully. It says that most disputes will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and that you give up the right to take part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.

About Ruby's Jars

Ruby's Jars is a channel and digital-product site operated by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC. Ruby Jarrett is its fictional host, created for entertainment and education. Her stories are made up, and her image and voice are created with AI tools. Please read our Disclaimer for more.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a free product or to buy from the site.

Free products and our email list

• When you sign up for a free product (such as the The Boarding Pass guide), you give us your first name, last name and email address. We send you an email to confirm your address. Once you confirm, you get the free product and join our email list.
• By signing up you agree to receive emails from Ruby Jarrett with tips, stories and offers, including offers for our paid products.
• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click stops our marketing emails. You will still get emails about anything you have bought, such as receipts and access links.

Product availability

The Boarding Pass is free. Ruby's Jar Pantry is coming soon and cannot be purchased yet. The payment terms below apply when paid products become available. No launch date has been promised.

Buying a product

• What we sell: digital products, such as ebooks. We do not sell physical goods.
• Prices: prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and the checkout page before you pay. Prices exclude applicable taxes; where we are required to collect tax, we will show it at checkout.
• Payment: payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
• Marketing box: at checkout there is an optional box to receive our marketing emails. It is unticked, and you do not have to tick it to buy.
• Your order: your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. We email you a receipt.

Getting your product

• After you pay (or confirm a free sign-up), your product is ready on the thank-you page and in your My Products page on this site. Depending on the product, you can read it online or download it (for example as a PDF).
• We never put download links in emails. Our emails link to your My Products page instead. Those links are for you only: each one works once and expires after 7 days, and you can ask for a fresh one at any time on the site.
• Downloaded files are marked with the email address of the buyer.
• Please keep your files safe. You can come back to My Products whenever you like while your purchase is active.

Your licence

When you buy or receive a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it yourself. You may not:

• Share, copy, resell, rent, publish or give away the product or your access link.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, courses, AI training sets or similar.
• Remove the name or email marking from it.

We may stop access to a product if we reasonably believe it is being shared or misused, for example if it is downloaded far more often than one person would. All content on the site and in our products, including the Ruby Jarrett character, her stories, the text, images and designs, belongs to Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC or its licensors.

Refunds

Our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how it works. When a refund is issued, your access to that product ends.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site to send spam, or sign other people up without their permission.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or access other people's products or data.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access to anyone who breaks these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.

Content is for entertainment and education

Our videos, emails and products are for entertainment and general education only. They are not professional advice, and we do not promise any particular result. See our Disclaimer. Use tested food-preservation methods and consult current official NCHFP, USDA or university extension guidance. We make no health claims. Homemade fermented drinks may contain alcohol and are not for children, pregnancy or anyone avoiding alcohol.

Other sites

The site may link to other sites, such as YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

• The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises about them.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is posted. Changes do not affect purchases you already made, unless the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement below.

Disputes and arbitration

• Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please contact us through rubysjars.thecreatorfunnel.com/contact. Before starting arbitration or a court claim, you and we agree to try to settle the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice.
• Binding individual arbitration. If it is not settled, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Maricopa County, Arizona; hearings may be held by video or telephone instead if the arbitrator allows. Fees are paid as those rules provide. This means you and we each give up the right to go to court and have a jury decide the dispute, except for small claims.
• Small claims. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, or in the county where you live.
• No class actions. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as part of any class, consolidated or representative action.
• Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by telling us in writing within 30 days of your first sign-up or purchase, through our contact form or by post to the address below. Include your name, the email address you used, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
• Courts. Any dispute that is not arbitrated (including if you opt out, or if the arbitration agreement or the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim) will be heard in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Your local rights. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
