Every purchase on rubysjars.thecreatorfunnel.com comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC.

Ruby's Jar Pantry is coming soon. No payments are accepted yet. This policy applies when purchases open.

How it works

If you are not happy with a product, for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and we will give you your money back in full. You do not need to explain why.

This is the same guarantee shown at checkout: "30-day money-back guarantee."

How to ask for a refund

1. Send us a message through the contact form on this site at rubysjars.thecreatorfunnel.com/contact.
2. Use the email address you bought with, and tell us which product you want refunded.
3. We refund the full amount to the card or payment method you used. We aim to process it within [TO CONFIRM: e.g. 2 business days] of your request. Your bank may then take a few business days (often 5 to 10) to show it on your statement.

What happens to your access

When your refund is issued, your access to that product ends: it disappears from your My Products page and can no longer be read online or downloaded. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

After 30 days

After 30 days, a purchase is final, except where consumer law gives you further rights. If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice or cannot get to your product, contact us at any time and we will put it right.

Free products

Free products cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first; we are happy to refund within the 30 days. If you open a dispute with your bank instead, your access to the product may be paused while it is reviewed.
